How do we do the legal part of a wedding ceremony?
That is the easy part; you go along to your local register office and complete the paperwork. You attend on the day with two witnesses and make your declaration. Most couples attend in casual wear and do the legal part the day before. It’s just a formality and your wedding ceremony can take place as you want it.
We want our wedding outdoors in a woodland area, can we do this?
Yes, you can. Celebrant wedding ceremonies can take place at any time, on any day, in any venue or chosen area. Unlike standard register office ceremonies which have to be in specially licensed venues at certain times.
We want a religious or spiritual reading, will you do this?
Yes, I will include any readings, poems or songs of your choice. It’s your day and all about you.
Can our children, family, friends or our dog be included in our ceremony?
Yes, they can. There are numerous ways to include others within your ceremony if you choose too. Your dog can be your ring bearer.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have full public liability insurance.
Do you travel?
Yes, I perform ceremonies all across the UK and further if required. Travel costs are in addition to ceremony fees quoted unless specified.
What is the process and prices?
Information on ceremony construction and fees can be found here. As I write individual ceremonies for individual couples, prices may vary depending on requirements and distance.
